Millbury Public Schools offer screening

Federal law guarantees every student the right to a free and appropriate public education regardless of handicap or disability. State law (603 CMR 28) documents the process for identifying the students (ages 3 – 22) who may have a handicapping condition.

If you believe that your child is having difficulty making progress in the classroom due to a disability either identified or unidentified, you have the right to an evaluation of your child to determine eligibility for special education services.

Contact Kate Ryan in the Office of Pupil Services for assistance at 508-865-0875.
